Could it be work?

What if they gave the flight points X seconds of immunity after respawn.

After all most war stories have at least 1 epic rescue in there somewhere, this could be that interrepted into wow.

As an additional you could give players within interactive distance of the flight point X sexonds of immunity.

The time could be maybe 30 seconds for the flight point which would provide a small window for the alliance to get there troops out, after that you gotta wait for next respawn.

Just get corpse camped more quietly please.

i would suggest, the following:

  • on landing you’ll receive a 30 second debuff making you immune to everything.
  • attacking anything or buffing/healing anything will cause you to lose the debuff.

this will let you buff and heal yourself if you want, mount up and move away from the flight point etc, without affecting the other players fighting around you.

Pve server or retail is the actual answer.

When are you getting 60?

Are you asking me if it’s a job or if this could end up functioning?

Wow make a suggestion and get instant hate.

No wonder the game loses subs.

Just think of it as a unique one time event. Like when everything was overrun by zombies before WotLK launch (iirc.)

We’re making memories here.

It doesn’t need fixing, it needs to be lived through.

Well there is a mechanic ingame that should have the same effect, but noone cares. Upon landing you get a 30s honorless target buff. Within this time killing you wont grant any honor.
Since it is a buff, the enemy faction cant see it. I would suggest changing it to a debuff so all enemies can see it and wont kill anyone that just landed.

no one “gave you” hate so far? The hell are you talking about?

As if there were no means to slow down a player for 30 seconds? Not to mention a mind control bug.

What if flight masters and guards can fight back for real instead of being just target dummies?

As a rogue…

Had surgery and other issues atm that make sitting at a PC painful, so perhaps next year
