Do i get to keep all upgrades anima,souls etc when i switch back to covenant where i have unlocked everything?
I presume i will have to refarm ton of anima and slowly getting souls to unlock upgrades on other covenant?
Do i get to keep conduits(except for ability/covenant ones) or will i have to unlock them again?
How often i can switch them?
Was thinking about switching covenant to unlock renown levels so i can later switch to witch covenant i like or perform better. But not sure if it’ worth it if i loose too much on my current covenant.
If you change your mind and go back to your original covenant, it will pick up from where you left off.

You only lose covenant specific conduits
Theoretically you can keep swapping but eventually you will end up having been in all four and then you will always be considered as returning to a previous covenant. This involves a couple of quests, usually separated by a reset to prove yourself.
I see. So rejoining takes few weeks. Think gona skip it for now and wait until they make it easier. Was simply thinking that later might be realy hard to catch up if i want to switch.
Ideally you tell them you want to leave your Covenant to rejoin your original Covenant on Tuesday, then you complete the first quest:-
Then on Wednesday it is magically a new week because of reset and you get the second quest, providing you completed the first one on the Tuesday (if you need more than one day to get it done, start on Monday or earlier):-
