I have several issues regarding cross-realm:
- My guild is on Sylvanas but I started maining a Silvermoon character which I cannot promote to guild leader. I am not getting any error message as to why I can’t do that. Guild and character are both alliance so it’s not a cross-faction issue.
After I created the guild on alliance side I faction-transfered my main at the time to horde so I had to give guild lead to an alt. Not being able to pass guild lead cross-realm means I have to keep my unplayed alt as a guild lead a lot longer… - I cannot access my guild bank although I gave my main officer rank (since I cannot promote it to guild leader)… Can do it easily from a Sylvanas character but issues are with cross-realm.
- I cannot send mail to my guildies because they are on another realm. We are doing a monthly “member of the month” thing, luckily I was smart enough to cancel it for August since last month. The idea is the most active and helpful guildie receives a special in-game rank and mail with some useful gifts. Not being able to send mail cross-realm gets in the way of that.
The worst part is a game master replied to me that cross-realm mail is not possible unless I want to send BoA’s between my own characters, nothing BoE or gold.
For over a week I have been sending bug reports, tickets, patch issues and nothing is getting solved…
Will this ever get solved?
They did open whispers cross-realm and cross-faction without having someone on battle.net or being in the same party, you can guild invite players of the opposite faction and opposite faction can apply through guild finder so at least congrats for that
