Premade team abuse / unfair pvp

There’s this issue with BG PVP at the moment, where random solo players will often be matched against full premade teams. 10 or 15 guys that never seen each other before, without voice coms, definately not on same page / strategy VS 10 or 15 organized guys that have been playing together a lot, with voice coms and probably a lot of BG experience My question is: How’s this fair ?
