Write a ticket, wait for 18-60 hours then comes the dissapointment in your eyes after seeing that GM linked 2 articles and a farewell.
This is robotic behaviour.
I’m convinced that the 1st responders (excluding important tickets such as wanting a refund or something) is handled by an AI. Either that or they get paid based on how many tickets they handle in one day, so just put something together and send it.
I put a ticket in a few weeks back, with a question about something.
Response was just 2 links, 1 to an article, another to a questionnaire asking how the Customer Service was… my question still remains unanswered today.
I really hope this isn’t true. But it wouldn’t surprise me.
One summer I worked as a phone salesman(? maybe the wrong word)
Crappy salary, crappy boss, pissed off co-workers and and even crappier customers.
A blizzard gm has entered the chat: You should put down the coke you’re starting to sound crazy bi bop Robot sounds
Do you mean by “costumers” the poor people you pester with your unasked-for calls?
PS: My tickets always get answered well, only thing I don’t like is the effort it takes to open a ticket that doesn’t fit into any of the offered categories.
i would like to think they are rebelling against the layoff by being a vague or unhelpful as possible while avoiding getting fired.
The elderly folks were very pleasant to chat with
But yes. I too hate telemarketing plebs.
I love to troll them.
(Twiggz, if you happen to read this. How many gdmn alts do you have? Christ)
too many lol
Still want to know how YOU of all people managed to get banned/reset whatever.
Two reasons.
- I am curious, not gonna lie.
- Would help me to prevent myself getting banned in the futute
I don’t know what to think, all I know is that the quality of the game in all aspects dropped in recent years.
I’m not on Blizzard’s side. Wow is doing ok. But it was better “back in the day”
I would love some suggestions as to what games to play instead of Wow?
Guild of wars 2?
gw2 is good
final fantasy 14 is good
others i will say its a matter of your personal taste, but those 2 are solid choices.
Avoiding the most important question. Now I really want to know.
Lotro? That star trek themed online game, not really star trek but.-…
Guild wars 2 has been my favourite after wow, What’s good about it is you really don’t get punished much for taking a break. It also doesn’t have a sub so you just log on when you feel like it.
I love Engineer on gw2. I Which wow had a similar class.
lotro i havent played it for a very long time … and it was p2p the last time i did i cant really speak for it but it was good back then at least…
never touched the star trek game personally .
Yeah…sounds nice. Played beta, both 1 and 2. Fond memories
I like free to play MMORPGs. Sure you can pay some to get “ahead” but not needed
i would say it could be a good time to get into final fantasy 14 … as they have a new expansion coming later this year.
ESO is another option … but again i only ever played it when it launched… i wasent a fan personally… but your opinions could differ.
FF14 on PC? Forgot about that. Thought it was console game only.
But yea, heard really good things about the game and the community
We gonna dance around the question? I got some moves
