I did all that and still got a copy paste response, they didnât read my ticket. Even the âGreetings, X!â had someone elses name in there. Content creator accounts I know are flagged differently than the rest, MVP likely is too.

I donât know what you people make tickets about that believe itâs an automated response.
There has never been a case over all these years in which I havenât gotten a response from a human being.
Sure, you might not be getting the answer youâre hoping for, but that does not make the reply come from an AI, thatâs just nonsense.
If they even had an AI for this stuff, the initial response times on tickets would be below 10 minutes, there is no conspiracy to have a computer wait 2 days to give you an auto-reply.

Thatâs about the extent of what they can do these days. I mean, you can get through these robotic replies, but it will take time and effort and in the end your issue will quite likely still remain unsolved.
It was miles better in earlier expansions, eg, in WotLK / Cata / MoP. They did things then. They no longer do.
I could already see the Blizz solution:

Ah yeah, character transfers and all that - none of itâs automated or itâd be instant! People sure donât use any automation to reply to tickets, and Iâm sure that if tickets were responded to instantly everyone would catch on really quick that itâs all automated. Curiously, in-game silences often donât have instantly from when you say something but require a certain threshold? Weird, isnât it? If it was automated it would be instant, hehe.
Even though, btw I never even made a claim about AI? Itâs very silly to think because itâs an AI or computer related itâs instant and doesnât require a person to go âYeah go ahead and run the script for all these tickets with keywords in them.â
Itâs also very silly to think that GMs are not just copy-pasting responses to people for things the ticket doesnât even relate to or the fact that they miss certain points of it.
Like the GM that got my name wrong, and then told me to do something I said I already did and gave no further assistance so I had reopen the ticket. Which, itâs nice this GM didnât just auto-close/resolve the ticket like a lot of them do.
In fact, Iâve only had I think 2 tickets in the past 6 or so years that they were able to resolve an issue for me and not just go âtough luckâ or spam copy paste responses that donât relate to my issue until I concede and stop caring about the problem I had.
