Easily. If you are a healer, you can do it even at lower level because you don’t need to hit mobs.

People will typically ask for what they need to clear it with as little effort as possible.

Probably better making your own group.

You’ll get quite a few resists at 17 but it’s hardly a dealbreaker. Groups will tend to be overstrict by now

The elites on the boat are 20 IIRC with Vancleef being 21
