I sincerely wish, that Activision/“Blizzard” would start to actually give the player base proper answers, because being quiet is the worst thing you can do. I think many people agree with, what I am about to request.
An apology and possibly a reasonable compensation for the inconveniences
Give us information in general, and more frequently instead after a day or two ( It would be very kind of you to keep us, the paying customers, up to date )
Give us more specific information for example: “This “X” server is having this “X” issue, because this “X” reason and this is what we are planning to do about it…”
Information if there will be any free character-, or guild transfers planned and if not, why?
Show that you actually care
Just few simple tricks to keep your paying customers less frustrated/angry
Thank you
Ps. I know about your Blizzard CS EU twitter, but it is not even remotely enough. We just simply deserve more.
This is absolutely outrageous, the way ACTIVISION dealing with this. To my understanding those greedy savages expecting us to buy our way out from Kazzak by paying for a transfer.
I have contacted support and asked for a free transfer because the freaking server is unplayable. Here’s the answer:
"The developers have pushed some updates regarding these specific realms which can be found on Service Update -- 00:05 CET 26 November which should help with a lot of the issues that people have been seeing. If the developers are doing some sort of compensation for this, it would be posted in that thread as its generally something that would be done widespread and not through individual reports in requests like this.
Thanks for your patience and understanding and hopefully you will see some improvements going forward now."
Is there any way to screw Activision over this? We PAID for the game and game time that we cannot play? The F is wrong with those sheads in Activision?!
I am getting soooo god damn sick of this. But I find it INSANE that I would have to pay Activision MORE money to get off their absolutely rubbish server
