What a nonsense again, people who are trying to make a baby are doing the same thing over and over and expecting pregnancy as a result which is a different result. Are they insane, nope.
Read the actual quote. Doing the same thing but expecting different results. People repeatedly having intercourse to try and get pregnant isnāt an example if that. Now if they were expecting intercourse to also pay off their credit cards, or to cause them to have twenty children at once instead of once, it would qualify.

Because Flynn is outward promiscuous as a character and this subject would not be something he would shy away from. Like mentioned we had no trouble finding out his female loving side, but we had to be told about the man loving part from sources outside the game. If he was writen as bi from the get go it wouldnt read like someone writhing fanfiction. I already explained this, a characters motivations should befleshed out or atleast hinted at from his/her introduction, making a such a change later on just comes off as retconing or writhing out of character. It is not how it works in the real world, but fiction is not the real world different rules apply here. Perfect example of this Daeneris from GoT, she never had any interest in killing inocents and always had some sort of a justification for her lets say moraly grey actions, however the burning of Kingslanding was so out of character that it not only ruined the character but the whole show for most people. In the real world we can have a person pretending to be good and pull the carpet from under us, however in fiction we are looking at these characters from an outside point of view we can see their motivations, their wants and their desires, but not only that we can also see their world so it falls upon the writhers to make everything believable in order for the pieces to fit.
So with the introduction of Flynn Fairwind we see that he has a drinking problem, and is very promiscuous particularly towards women, so its only natural to assume he is only into women right ? However later on we see questline of him and Mathias essentially arguing if sub is better than outlaw, but some people started to ship them, so Blizzard caved in and made it a thing.

It wasā¦ the fact some gamers didnāt realise he was hitting on them, means that far from being mere fan fiction, it was actually subtle enough to fly straight over many heterosexual gamers headsā¦until it was suggested by random Edge Lords that they should be outraged by the tiny number of allegedly ānot correctly doneā/ātokenā/āretconā, etc, etc, LGBT NPCs in gameā¦ which is obviously a serious distraction from staring at Belf booty/ waiting for Nelf NPCs to bounce up and down/admiring Dragon aspect bikini armour and mingling with the thousands of heterosexual (or are they?) NPCs in game.
Before you know it, youāll be fancying someone of the same gender irl, because your digital avatar brushed up against the pixels of an LGBT NPC in gameā¦ everyone knows thatās how the dreaded Chaos Gods work!

Say thanks that Blizzard does not force your own character to be gay. Yet.
Itās really not that bothersome to me. Iām happy for all the people who can finally read a book and relate to it. I personally find any romance in books to be awkward, so it makes little difference. Neither did I see any hint of romance between the two of them but maybe others did? In the end, it doesnāt really matter all that much. Iāll probably enjoy reading this either way.

Most of the time, authors (such as Christie Golden) is told what to write by the company/producers. So sending a strongly written message or tweet will accomplish next to nothing.
This all reminds me of the unhinged fan from Aggretsuko, season 3. For those who have watched it will understand, but for those who donāt then let me explain real quick (spoilers for those who havent seen it yet)
Main character joins an underground band because the producer wanted her to. Said producer want to change the course of the music style by making the main character sing differently than the rest of the band members, and the unhinged fan becomes obsessed with the main character, stalks her and eventually approaches her at a meet n greet, and starts to harass and blame her for ruining the music. Despite it not being the main characters fault for changing the style of music, she is blamed for it anyway and the unhinged fan takes a very drastic approach on her at the end of the season. Even if it was all done by the producer, attacking the artist is much easier because she is the face you see.

I respectfully disagree.
It feels very forced that the vast majority of relationships in WoW are straight, and then here you are, complaining about a gay couple.
Donāt you have anything better to do than join the train of homophobes? We got enough of those.
Iām the first one to underline what you are trying to tell already in this thread and regarding the message thing, I donāt care about the outcome of it, I just did I donāt care if she reads it or not
