He did not get a trilogy, he got 1 and 2/3 films. The range of Supermans character is quite large actualy however it is hard to be taken advantage of when incorporating it into a film. He has an intersting rogues gallery and the over all theme of his and Luthors dynamic (Man vs God) can fill 3 films by itself. Now add Darkseid into the mix and you do absolutly need a Superman.

The DCEUs major problem was that hey didnt dedicate enough time to introduce, or in Batman andSupermans case re-introduce their characters, sure pretty much everyone knows who they are but we didnt get time understand these versions of them (Batman kills/Superman is moody).

Wrong again. Once you have established a face behind the mask its difficult to move away from. People are still salty about the recasting of War Machine in Iron Man 2 , even tough Don Cheadle is doing a better job with the character than Terrence Howard.
Joker is not part of the franchise, its off-world. The franchise which Warner are trying to preserve is the DC Extended Universe.
You do realise that Disney/Marvel will not portrey T’chala and will find a new character to be in BP2 due to the passing of the actor right ?
Exactly what i am saying they took time and fleshed out the CONTINUITY of the series.
Both universes have 70+ years of PROVEN storytelling to back their films, IF they choose to use them and not the current PC excuses for stories. Planet Hulk is enought for a Hulk francise and a crossover Avengers movie by itself, they are also bringing the X-men and F4 into the mix.
This however I agree with, they should move away from the formula aproach.

Well yes i can be critical to inclusivity and representation, however at same time I am not against those thing when they actually are handled well. You are just flinging your ist and ism phrases to everyone who has an issue with it regardless of the actual issue. So far i havent seen anyone say they are against the two characters in question beeing whatever, what i saw was people complaing that it felt forced and if they were writhen that way from the begining it would have been fine. Pretty huge difference between “I hate all…” and “I dont like that these are changed to…”
