Deep wounds not allowed

Hello!

So, I am getting extremely confused over here and I’m not sure what to believe at this point. Since Classic is running 1.12 it means that it’s using the debuff priority system.

In Classic WoW there are multiple different priority levels on debuffs. Low priority debuffs CANNOT knock off high priority debuffs. Deep Wounds is the lowest level priority. This means that it will never knock off a warlock curse, sunder armor, and the other crucial debuffs, as they are a higher priority

No matter where I look I am told getting deep wounds (and therefore Impale) is a no brainer, yet I am not allowed to use it. Their arguments is that my crits aren’t high enough in P1 to justify it.

So what’s the deal here?

Tell the ones that say you’re not allowed to use it, that they should do some research before they tell people what to use or not.

Deep wounds are not a problem, it gets knocked off by every debuff worth having on the target.

if your guild leader/class leader tells you not to spec deep wounds you should find another guild

If people are telling you not to use Deep Wounds they’re idiots.
It doesn’t knock off any important debuffs and it’ll lose out to any higher prio debuffs.

May be there’s another warrior in the guild who wants purple logs and does not want his wounds to be pushed off by someone.
