It’s as close as.
Nightborne don’t get braided tails either.
Only Night Elves, who have two and Blood Elves, who have one.

dont see how thats relevant tho. Alleria has braided hair, so its logical some void elves will also ask for braided hair. Its a classic hunter/ranger look since warcraft 2, and considering Alleria has been missing since that time, and only came back recently, she hasnt caught up with Silvermoon’s latest styles.
anyway the more customizaions for all races, the better.
Agreed, but also maintaining distinctions between the races.
Blood Elves and their fanbase have every right to having their race preserved and features of that race being ONLY for them, where Void Elves get something totally different.
Just giving Void Elves all Blood Elf stuff because a few people still can’t get over Quel’Thalas and Silvermoon and the Elves being Horde, isn’t a good enough reason to cater to those cry babies.
EDIT:
And you’ve essentially got Alleria Windrunner
Due to her hood, this isn’t about hairstyles - but transmog. That small bit of hair is neither here nor there in the eyes of wearing a hood.
i think we agree, here. Thats why i suggested Alleria, she does not have a blood elf hairstyle. Her style of slightly straight, slightly braided is unique to her. She can share it with her hunter students.
I mean look at the Lightforged Draenei hairrstyles, thats exactly what i imagined the elven ranger hairstyles to look like during warcraft 2.
to be fair i dont agree with OP, i think giving void elves blood elf hairstyles is so lazy. very lazy actually.
they need new hairstyles, and maybe if they fix some of the tentacle issues as well, that would be great.
im referring to the bug that if you remove the tentacles, the hairstyles look like it was cut by a kid with safety scissors.
But you can’t see her hair anyway, aside from a very small braid.
It’s like wanting Sylvanas’ hair - you can’t see it barring a few strands on either side.
Slap an Alleria-like hood on them and that hairstyle disappears completely.
Again, I don’t think this is about hairstyles as much as it’s about, but you haven’t said - “Blizzard need to let hair flow, even when our characters wear hoods. Like Alleria and Sylvanas.”
despite wearing a hood, Alleria’s hairstyle is clear as day. i think you are missing the point lmao.
check the post below
This please!
But we don’t know if those are Alleria’s hairstyles. Either way, she wears a hood like Jaina did and Sylvanas does - so we can’t determine exactly what her hairstyle is.
They are nice hairstyles and can work for both Void Elves and High Elves. Quite wild looking, which works better for them, whereas Blood Elves have more regal-Arcanist like hairstyles.
But their has to be an understanding that Blood Elves should be and remain distinct from Void Elves.
I understand that people want High Elves, but you have to make a choice.
We see a part and can think of what the rest could be. I don’t expect them to be bald except for those strands that are showing.
But that’s not the Blood Elf fanbases’ problem.
What you like and what you want essentially is on both factions, but Blizzard seems clear on races looking distinct.
Blood Elf hairstyles is the last thing the Blood Elf fanbase has that makes them different to Void Elves. It’s not really fair for High Elf fans to demand Blood Elf stuff and get extra Void Elf stuff whilst Blood Elves then get nothing and are left looking obsolete despite being a core race.
It upsets me because High Elf fans LOVE making Blood Elf fans look unreasonable when all Blood Elf fans want is to remain distinct and for Blood Elves to keep their identity.
repeating again what i said before
Void elves just need non-balding hairstyles and ones that doesnt look like it was cut by a 2 year old with baby scissors if you remove the tentacles. why have the option to remove tentacles if it makes the hairstyle 10 times worse? they couldve had a toggle to replace tentacles with braids and thats wouldve been a big win for both sides.
Void elves have the most tragic hair ive seen in-game. Remove the tentacles, its bad. keep the tentacles, its bad. And most male hairstyles are balding. thats why i play female.
im all for new hairstyles or borrowing hairsyles from other alliance races. that way nobody complains.
forget blood elves
Or just unique extra hairstyles like what Blood Elves have.
Those Void Elf hairstyles on that link are really good and would suit them > Blood Elves.
Blood Elves need more arcane features, which truly emphasis why they are typically the most well known Mages across the Eastern Kingdoms.
totally. i play all elves so i get excited for all elves customization. Even play undead elves
I know that there are some unique hairstyles I’d love to see added. Alleria’s as was mentioned above, but so too Revendreth Kael’thas’. It looks great with the strand of his bangs in the face in my opinion.
Some might say to give Alleria’s hair to Void Elves and Kael’s hair to Blood Elves.
Blood Elf fans aren’t in a position to demand the latter’s hair because we’ve already got it. Those extra strands are just to emphasis, “yeah this guy’s dead and been through some crap in the afterlife.”
Also, it’s not hairstyles that Blood Elves need now.
It’s a lot of other stuff like runic tattoos and facial runes and stuff that we got on the TBC box art of the male blood elf.
i love her style. everything from the tattoos to the half braided hair.
Thats exactly what i envisioned my Hunter to look like back when i played Alliance.
this was her before i race changed her.

I feel like that could be a good enough reason to give it to void elves? Besides, blood elves have a very similar hairstyle. One of those that came with the barbershop. Think it was called mane.
And don’t forget the body jewelry for males and females which was datamined.
Possible. I personally don’t think think they would because it was just something unique for Kael’thas, which I’m fine with because he did deserve a small bit of uniqueness, as did Lady Vashj.
To be fair, she is a High Elf who learned shadow/void stuff under Locus-walker and absorbed a Dark Naaru’s essence
While the Ren’dorei are victims of an Etheral’s botched ritual
Calling her a Void Elf - I know, I know, the game calls her a Void Elf, so she IS, but still - is a bit wrong, considering she was not “made” like the Ren’dorei, but aquired void powers from a totally different way and source
