Hello all.
While crusader enchant states clearly that applies to melee, demonslaying one does not. Anyone knows whether it can proc from spells?
Icy Chill does not specify either, yet has the same limitations as Crusader. It is safe to say that enchants with special effects will only proc from using said weapon.
