Details For Blizzards legal department

Cant find the info or the process that he needs, yet believes he has and can amass enough evidence to give to Lawyers to represent him. No doubt he’s so righteous that he will represent himself in court. Reality is he’ll be on the UK benefits system and be entitled to low tier legal aid lawyers lol. Looking forward to the headlines lol.

I’m just wondering who’s alt he is?

Why do you care lol, not worth the effort, if it goes to plan, we’ll have a new thread in a few hours or tomorrow with the next plan of action.

Isn’t that what this thread is about though?

I think wintergrasp lagging has started this up again.

Oh naive child TOS or Terms of Service applies to every company and every business out there in the world.

Even when you are singing any type of contract there is TOS in it.

As an Accountant myself when I am signing a work contract with the other firms i work with they have TOS.

Imo you guys shouldn’t feed the troll, they’re probably in their basement with L theme playing and thinking they’re some master of manipulation.

When you get someone one invalidating ToS when it’s an application that is so far widespread and so commonly used with heavy investments from companies and specialists in making it ( which they wouldn’t do if it was useless ) then you know they’re either trolling or as intelligent as a LotR orc, and I dunno if you’ve seen anyone try to reason with those.

That maybe true but i don’t know why these kind of people trigger me  also what triggers me the most is the other person harassing one of my favorite mvps and buddies here.

Yeah puny getting some flak for trying to help is definitely undeserved, though I bet they got a good laugh out of it so that’s something :man_shrugging:

Well they can just delete your account whenever they wish tbh.

Which would cause all kind of legal issues. Especially with ingame purchases, unless they can provide suitable reason as to why they closed it.

No it wouldn’t, as you agreed to them being able to do that when you read those pages on initial logging! I assume you did actually read those pages?

Mean nothing as I paid for the product before I was able to agree or disagree to the TOS.
They would have to be on the store page for each product to hold any legality.

Fixed that for you.
Honestly curious what is so ‘‘serious’’ to take them to court?

Wintergrasp lag?
No mounts in the Maw?
Torghast Twisting Corridors wasnt cleared at the first attempt up to layer 8?
Great Vault offering 3x the same item although on different ilvls?
Your class got ‘‘ruined’’ in Shadowlands?
Covenants are too unbalanced?

Please, enlighten us what is the reason to sue them and take them to court?

Their end user agreement is on all product pages and explains their ToS and what you have to ‘‘agree’’ to after you purchase a product.
And if you dont agree with said terms, they tell you to not make use of their products.

So joke is on you.

OK go ahead and put that to the test, you make Kermit look like Einstein.

Either way, you agreed to their terms.

Edit…funnily enough you used the very same argument before, how did that work out for you?

Errr?

Yes?

If you do not understand the terms of an agreement, you should always seek legal consultation. That is an absolute must.

That isn’t likely to happen now, is it? Did it happen last time you had your team of lawyers working on it?

I mean at least this time you are presumably calling them during business hours, as the Lawyers I know massively ramp up their charges for out of hours work. As one of them said “If you go to the house of someone and order them to make you burger at 8 p.m in the evening, just because they work a 9-5 shift at McDonalds, they’ll tell you to and do one. At least we say ‘Yeah, I’ll do it, but it will cost extra’”
