As long as melee can hit with 100k instant caster should hit for even more! If you say no cast should hit more than 80k all melee shouldn’t hit more than 40k.
Because of instant vs cast.

Yeah, Illidan got it from absorbing the Skull of Guldan. You know how other Demon Hunters got it? By absorbing powerful demon souls.
Gul’dan never learned how to transform into a demon. Illidan did. He used the power in the Skull to achieve that.
Thats how its in WC3 and its a lore reason actually, yeah. Also DH would feel horrible when Blur is back at 50% and it doesnt omni-directionally dodges.
