Diabolical Plans not dropping?

I have farmed demons in ashenvale for a couple of hours in order to get this quest item, but so far no results. Checking the item drops list of infernals,felguards,succubus from ashenvale in classic wowhead and i can’t see this item.

I remember the q being there in vanilla, but maybe I remember wrong?

Nothing comes up on Classic Wowhead.

Eastern Ashenvale had some content added for Alliance in TBC, including a FP.

Added in patch 2.0.1.6180, there is always notification when something was added to the right on wowhead. “Quick Facts”
So, don’t kill yourself trying to do undoable, and enjoy the game
