I did 4 tier 8 delves this week (didn’t have alot of time to play) and what I got was 1 584 ilvl item from the vault, wtf ? Did the same on another char and got 2 616 items there.

do you understand how it works?
without a key you only get sometimes 584 ilvl warbound items.
with a coffer key you will receive a guaranteed item on ilvl 606. the key can be only used in bountifup depves which are changing every day.
hero ilvl items you can only get if you have a hero map that randomly drops from a delve and the next delve will reward a hero track item
if you are talking about the vault:
2 lvl 8 delves will reward 1 slot on hero track and 4 delves reward 2 slots.
i also was mistaken before as i thought one delve reeards a vault slot and since you are doing other world quest activities randomly, you still get a slot which is ilvl 584.
so most likely you only did 1 lvl 8 delve and some activities to unlock the first slot
Yes I am talking about the vault, Did 4 tier 8 delves so I should get 2 616 hero track item to choose from. This is not my first time in wow.
Did Heroic Nerubar Palace and full tier 8 delves on my evoker and that was fine.
Opened my Vault today and got the BIS Cloak on Hero level.
RNG is RNG
Can you open the vault again? Maybe this was your vault of last week, or weeks before that.

I tried, always just that lonely 584 item there =/
I even checked last night to see if I didn’t do 4 tier 8 so I had at least 2 hero items to choose from and it was correct then.
You need to pick an item. “Always just that lonely 584” means you didnt pick anything. First pick one and then open again.
Oh really ? Does it save over weeks ? It might fit since I didn’t play at all the week before since I was out of town. Thx I’ll try that when I get home <3
Yes, it stacks over weeks when you do not use your vault. Good luck!

And my vault contained 3 trinkets again.
I am literally about to go mental. This is the most annoying thing ever. I cannot get good upgrades because it keeps giving me the same slots over and over and over again forever.

Yeah, mine contained only trinkets last week on my Shaman when the only items he had that were decent were trinkets. Not a happy vault opening.

It’s done that for 4 weeks straight for me. It’s literally all weapons and trinkets, and of course never the trinkets I actually want because I already have BiS trinkets. And my BiS weapon is a crafted.
In addition, I have received one ring.
Imagine having 10 slots unfilled with myth items and getting no usable myth items for 4 weeks due to RNG except a single ring today that’s got the worst possible stats.
I may well lose it. I HATE the vault. The loot table is way too big, I can’t target anything.

This was the case! thank you for pointing this out, last time I forgot to open a vault (in SL) the vault was just lost so this just didn’t occur to me, thank you

Yep. You also get items in vault if you did timewalking while leveling.
That’s why i asked you if you opened vault bit early as that would indicate that you simply have unclaimed reward from past.
