Stranglethorne Vale was always a gankfest on populated realms in vanilla, from the time people started getting around level 40 until well into TBC there were higher level players (often rogues and druids) camping out at Nessingway to kill low levels.
The only time it was any different is if your server was super under-populated or you played at 4am on a weeknight.

a) Your level 24 - you shouldn’t even be in a 30-45 zone
b) there is an option to level in peace, it’s called PvE

Fall behind? You’re literally in a race to boredom, the faster you level, the faster you reach end game content and ultimately the faster you run out of things to do.

Yes they broke layers.
The exploiters have already done it and are level 60. The rest of us got screwed even further away from 60 for playing slowly.
If i want to layer hop to a quiet layer and AOE farm in a meditative way why can’t i do that?
If you think its unfair, you have the same advantages, roll a bloody AOE class.
Instead you take away all the fun and make it a chore to level up, everywhere is infested with people, everything takes forever to respawn, from grind spots to questing spots.

I don’t really care for layers per se, but layers are good whilst so many people are questing and farming same areas. Overpopulation is never a good thing if resources are limited.
Overpopulation is a great thing and a feature. Go play something else if you don’t like it.

Yeah, when you want to play together, pvp, etc. How is it a good thing you have to wait hours to grind certain mob or quest items because theres too many players and not enough mobs?
On what planet is it ever a good thing to waste time waiting for something for the sake of waiting. Like 9000 queue to get into a game?
Games are supposed to be played, not waited.
On this planet. You don’t wait for a mob to spawn, you do something else. Instances, pvp, professions. It stops people from going too far on the grind when you actually have to use your brain to compete with others.
