DirectX12 vs DirectX 11 on Ryzen 4500u - graphics problems

I am facing issues with dx12 on Ryzen 4500u (Lenovo Flex 5).
Unless I switch shadows to Low many building and objects turn almost completely black. Even inside many buildings everything is black and barely visible.
Also, the backround suffers from a terrible decrease in quality with visible moiré effects.
When I switch to dx11 the picture looks much better but the FPS drop by 30 %.
I tried to update the AMD drivers. Nothing changed.
Any solution?

So you are using CPU graphics and are wondering why it’s not good?

To play games you really want a laptop with a dedicated graphics card. I use a 1050Ti and get over 100 fps on full settings.

Yes, and I’ve been playing it like this since Classic. There was no problem whatsoever on my previous Acer e15 with GF 920M. Vega 6 should be at least on par with it. And it is in fact a bit faster in other games. I’m fine with lower details and sub 60 fps but I don’t get why dx12 should look terrible on it.

Is it one with an separate graphics chip?
