ohh im sorry my English is not hte best i dont have a problem with ppl entering hte que at work and then get home to a shorter que that is understandable with what is going on… what i meant and think is the real problem is the ppl going afk ingame and use stuff like Teamwiever, razor keyboard or mouse scripts or maybe even a bot to force them to stay ingame… thats the real problem in my oppinion… if that didnt happen ques would be alot faster and every1 had a chance to play even while maintaining job and family lol…
Um dude Remote desktop is not “Ilegal” Nor do blizzard have the power to legislate to make it so lol. Nor is using remote desktop to play against the TOS so.
Teamviewer / Chrome Remote Desktop / AnyDesk or any of the multitudes of RDP software connects to the OS. It does not connect directly to any of the battle.net services.
Disable remote control ok. Could you say me what i must to do when i come home from work and i have 20k of queue? I might play alone in empty servers of course…
U should remote aswell ? I think its a smart way to get connected and play with ur friends on a overcrowded server at the same time =) . By now ppl are sticking to their choices and accepting the Que to a certain limit. No one wants to loose their progress.

I dont really understand this problem. Do you think that people that are already on the server effect the queue time? The cap ofc and if the server was dead it would be zero time to log in.
The problem is that the server cant handle the onstorm of people that WANT to log in, not the people already inside. So if people stand and jump in org and never log out, it will only effect that “there will be a queue”.
What blizzard needs to fix is the time it takes for a person that logs in to enter and start playing the game. That is what makes up the queue, you log in - verification of your account starts - getting your accounts charaters online - bla bla bla … not the fact that you are inside.
