From what I read this discord was created because some who joined don’t like that the Assemblage of Uld was in there and a couple of other guys are mad they weren’t given mod after begging the admin.

In my humble opinion, isn’t a good choice to split the community, even though some dramatic stuff may happen sometimes.
When they happen, it would be much better to be resolved and helped with, instead of avoided and being isolated from. There is already a lot of these splittings and isolations on AD, and further doing so will just hurt the community, i believe.
So, cooperation would be much more of a priority than avoidance, in order to improve the community, whenever it has any flaws.

Regardless of those accusations and whether they are true or not, it’s not like they have to justify themselves to anyone just to make a discord.
Other than the target audience, of course, but I imagine PCU is not part of that.

Okay, so people can be in both discords if they wish to be, right.
If they do not like discord A for whatever reason, they will leave it?
And if someone doesn’t like discord B, they can leave it to join A.
The splitting is happening at that level, not just because there’s a second discord, they probably would just enjoy the free space on their side bar.
They don’t like that they’re not mod

I will be as blunt and straight-forward as possible. I have a couple of good friends/acquiantances on both sides and generally hate drama on Argent Dawn despite it repeating on and on.
However, the supposed reason for the creation of the second discord is lack of moderation. However, Ryder has been doing it okay and even if this case was true deciding to create another discord as a weird sign of rebellion (
) is just childish behaviour and this situation didn’t get proper treatment.
If a discord lacks moderation, it’s generally considered good manners to reach out to the owner to see if they could dedicate more time / appoint someone to do their job for them. Instead this just feels like a disingenuous backstab of our good fellow gnomish soldier Ryder.

Yeh cause ryder’s discord was dead and he didn’t let someone be mod. PCU are by no means at all perfect, but just bashing the PCU for the sake of bashing is really peon brained
