Your roleplay is amazing. Your ideas and writing is insanely good. That is not what upsets people. It’s how you guys behave when it comes to cooperation.
There have been so many “small” things over the last years that add up onto a big pile.
Pressuring other roleplayers with “numbers” is a huge part. You feel more important than everyone else, because you have many people in your guild(s). You even flex with it on Discord (I remember the picture you posted with the people online in like 4 guilds).
Then accepting other people’s opinions and personal space. I’ve mentioned several “not Horde aligned race” incidents which caused many roleplayers to avoid Orgrimmar as a hub or even fake their TRPs so they can roleplay in peace.
In campaigns when it’s not you organizing, there’s always pressure towards the organizer, because when things don’t go your way, the impact of withdrawing 50+ roleplayers can kill a campaign. You KNOW that and you use that as a tool to get what you want. You can also go to an event and say “Hey here are lots of people, deal with us” which happened in Thundertotem. Intimidation everywhere.
People are tired of this pressure.
You can say, this is highly subjective. All of it. But so is any relationship.

It’s a bit weird for x non horde race to waltz into Orgrimmar without even a raised eyebrow, if you are referring to I assume HoC this is always an IC response in line with lore/current scenario. Anyone taking issue at this OOC is frankly their own problem and the acrimony caused shows that these people dont really think things through and would rather just moan about it OOC.
I can’t remember if it was you, Wilcox or both but some Gilman slash furry guild basically strongarmed the Alliance commander during a Lordaeron campaign and usurped the Silverpine zone because they felt entitled to ‘take control’.
If you want to make vague allusions to things that as far as I can tell are false then you should back up your claims with evidence.

Cooperation is our greatest strength - hence the massive numbers + the reason why we live in so many people’s heads rent free

We have left - as a community - a single campaign and that was a campaign one of our members was running and we left it just a day before it ended because the Horde attendance was us and us alone at that point and because of OOC problems that weren’t reconcilable at the time
Pretending that’s some big trend is insincere but I think pretty par for course
That is entirely an IC concern. If you plot to murder (IC) the leadership of a large group and they arrive (IC) to take revenge then I think you are just a lower order roleplayer if you can’t keep it in roleplay

did they consider instead roleplaying something in Orgrimmar that’s appropriate within the lore and wouldn’t look really whacky and basically be a giant neon sign of “react to me IC pls”

‘Stygian Legion’ is a better name for the community than ‘Perroy Cinematic Universe’, tbqh. But, yeah - I’m in the discord (not any of the guilds) and a lot of the big ‘rumours’ you hear about them are mostly just Chinese whispers / completely made up vagueposting.
It’s a case of ‘yeah, X has a history of Y behaviour’ = [doesn’t actually link an example].
