Afaik there is actually some scientific proof that claims that men are generally more driven by visual elements of beauty and fertility in women whereas womens tastes differ according to the time of the month (during peak of their cycle they tend to be more attracted to men based on visuals & odours) while the rest of the month on average women are attracted (generally) towards men with whom they can bond best with emotionally or socially.

But yeah visuals are important for both sexes since sight is our most prominent sense.

The unrealistic ideal female body type rp runs so deep into AD’s culture that people just assume that it’s how every female they meet looks. Despite describing Apawi as lankey, scarred, bitter and to bluntly put it “flat”, I’ve had multiple occassions where people unironically god-emoted her having a big :peach: and the infamous hourglass figure. Deviations from the trash-tier rp norm regarding female bodies aren’t accepted by some.

This just reminds me that at one point I did make and RP a typically attractive female character. But I went out of my way to avoid the usual tropes in her TRP, even asked some friends of the fairer sex what I should put down. The main thing is to describe what she looked like, but avoid anything like “beautiful” or “handsome”.

Describe how your character looks and let other people decide if that’s hawt or nawt. (And avoid the words ‘orbs’ or ‘hourglass’ at all costs)
