how many posts now about SoD updates messing with the era client causing issues with era realms and hardcore
don’t they consider this before they roll out the update? people are paying to play this game why aren’t you fixing it?

BLizzard doesn’t read the forums - and especially not the EU ones.
And with another layoff round of 400 people I don’t think it will happen soon.

They probably have their PR/social media employees on here that shill and do smear campaigns on critics, the literal flavour of this place I feel.

They DO read, but only react if your posts are flagged or you write some inappropriate words - then you get a ban. Any form of questions, suggestions, bug reports … are not reacted upon here. Try the US bug-forum.

No, use discord for SoD and classic , devs are part of the channel and follow Aggrend on X.
Keep an eye on surveys and YT too. Many interviews also small streamers, most players don’t even notice.
