I never bothered to check this, but do green quest give the same amount of xp when turned in as yeallow, orange or red quests? I think I remember it beeing different to mob xp.
I think they are giving same xp, but it’s compared to your lvl. So lvl 30 quest giving 3000 xp is gonna be red when you are lvl 25 because its really good xp for you and hard to do, when you are lvl 38 it’s gonna be green and its gonna give you much less % towards next lvl…

there is a +5lvl rule.
u can get full xp from a quest below -5 lvl from u and same full xp if the quest is +Xlvl high from u.

player lvl 20.
quests from lvl 15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26- . … gives full quest xp
use a quest lvl show + quest xp addon solves your problem.
