Nobody really knows until launch. Could be anything from 1-30/40%. And even if numbers are within 1%, it’s hard to balance utility spells.

It doesn’t have the necessary mental faculties for that. It doesn’t think, it doesn’t imagine, it doesn’t use logical reasoning (thinking hurts the small brains) or proven facts (when it’s not convenient, which is always, so “numbers don’t matter” when it has no other arguments).

It just unconditionally loves Blizz, especially when it is hurt by their decisions, like a victim of emotional abuse is bound to their oppressor. And when you point out that logical fallacy or any other of its failures, it goes “no you”. Like 5yrs old children, complete with dramatic leaving to return 5 seconds later because their fragile immature ego cannot bear such wounds. Then it will try to move the goalposts because it knows it cannot win in any form of debate or discussion that is not based on their say-so.

This is completely unnecessary dehumanising language, you have put the individual on ignore, because you disagree with their opinion, leave it at that.

Not only I disagree with their opinions because most of the time they’re objectively WRONG but I also disagree with treating illogical trolls like fellow sentient human beings. I give people a chance to show me why they think X is good, Y is bad, etc. What they do with that chance is their own business. As the user in question completely wasted theirs AND managed to tick me off enough to get on my block list, well, they have to deal with it. They started this fire, now they get to burn in it. And I shall try to warn everyone else not to feed the troll, no matter how much it begs or cries. Especially after midnight.
