I did 21 AV games and all of them were losses. As Alliance, obviously.
I’m sure that in the time it would take to actually win an AV, I’d have a level 60 Horde mage with said wand lol.
You can win as an ally but you need good leadership ;o

More importantly than that you need a group of people who can get over the “defeatist” attitude once we’ve capped SH GY from you guys I see so many people give up and start AFK’ing, even names I remember fighting earlier.

Actually they giveup cause they dont wana turtle . So , they are doing everyone a favour there. It all depends on capping ibgy if we had it , its different story.

As soon as it’s Turtle Time, I AFK the heck outta there. I discounted those from the 21 losses in a row I experienced over the last couple of days.
But it’s getting to a point where I don’t feel like playing my beloved Alliance faction no more! Grrr!
Shame about having to delete the characters, but I’m sure I won’t regret it in a week, or so, when I’m level 60 on my Horde toon.
Youll have to wait over an hour to que for an AV . As for 10 man games or 15 man games , youd suffer as much as a horde pug does for its filled with premades. The grass isnt really greener on the other side as you think to be honest

I understand. I just need to win one AV game and I’m a happy bunny for the rest of my days playing this game.
FInding a Premade game for WSG/AB isn’t impossible on either side, so I don’t mind an honest defeat there, at all.
I know they do and I know it’s because you guys get near instant queues while Horde for the most part have to wait 20-30min or more to get in.
This also makes us not want to give up and roll over.

usually you lose but we still win some avs, against russians its like 50-50 etc

Yesterday ~ 13:00 alliance had 28 afks at one point…
Anyway I am starting to see key issue here.
Alliance want fast game 15-30 mins.
Horde want long game 40-60 mins.
Only way to make game longer is turtle mode. And if one side want turtle mode there is absolutely no way for other side to avoid that. And alliance always trying to avoid turtle game and ofc fail, because u cant avoid that and ends up in afk fiesta.
Alliance must understand this:
If u want short game go AB or WSG.
If u want long game go AV.
If u keep going to AV expecting short game, am sorry budd, but you are n00b king.

I only did AV to get the wand. I hate that place. But I did try for 20 odd games before giving up. Can’t do it all myself.
But we did beat them in the end. Russians, actually!
