The Pandaren are too weak to crown another one. To become another power that will reign in the Tushui and Huojin.
Since the Shado-Pan their stand in military seem to be very weak.
Afenton is obviously a fox pee sniffer.
The forsaken sense of smell has an extreme tolerance. Especially once you factor in all the plague that they literally swim in and being rotting corpses and all.
