I don’t think ‘facial hair’ is the biggest problem of this game. Also, why would you want to create ugliness? I don’t understand - isn’t beauty more worth working towards?
Where are the mecha skins for the mechagnomes ?!??!!?!?!
Yo, fix goblin ear piercings whilst you’re at it blizzard. With several of the ear rigs, some of the multiple piercing options of studs and hoops combined causes you to have floating studs behind your ears (as in they’re actually detached from your character).
Also more than 5 faces would be cool for the males. If you can make dog-people and all the variation they have (or not) have 7 faces i’m pretty sure you can chuck goblin males a couple more. Three of our faces use exactly the same base (as in lip size, eye expression, jowls) but only differ in amount of additional wrinkles added on the lips, around eyes or forehead, but you can see if you swap between them, it’s exactly the same face. It’s a pretty poor show.
Also why can’t we have blind eyes??? Why can’t some races do this? Do only elves, humans, orcs and trolls get their eyes injured or what? Sort it out.
Transmogs are vain. Customization that doesn’t affect gameplay is shallow and largely useless. It has a place, but I don’t care about the window dressing. Gameplay itself is barely cutomizable. Vanity can wait until the game is good. It doesn’t matter if your human priest is white or black, tall or short, his hairstyle is irrelevant because for all intents and purposes, you will always be a generic priest, indistinguishable from all the other generic priests who fulfill the exact same purpose in the exact same way. You might as well be a bot and it wouldn’t matter. This is why gameplay customization comes first - because this is where you personalize your character.
Only women and children don’t have beards. And women children.
Male Night Elves deserve the iconic Malfurion beard.
You find beards ugly because you live in a Western country- where everyone shaves like a graduate. Beards can get ugly if you don’t take care of them, but if you style them they can look good. Is Gandalf ugly? Is Antonidas ugly? No, they look wise and majestic.
Again, your same lame opinion. The biggest WoW streamer (Asmon, who I don’t watch by the way) plays the game casually, he is not such a tryhard. Most people appreciate the story, the art, and having fun with others, not tirelessly hitting buttons to get gear that will be surpassed by a random quest next patch/expansion. And I will say it again, Blizzard can provide both gameplay and roleplay/customization.
and still he do trasmog competitions on bouth US and EU
customizations are the moust importen thing in games ask anyone who have played skyrim or fallout …
80% of Asmon’s audience doesn’t play WoW. People watch Asmon, not WoW, my dude. He’s not a great example. Most people seem to think TBC and WoTLK were the high points in WoW’s history and guess what - those were also the high points for character customization, too.
“It’s just not in the budget” as in, it’s not a cashcow.
one rison why i never play classic or classic TBC is beocurse game lacked customizations
You’re not a great example either.
How many hours a week do you spend farming gear and doing keystones?
And why are you so troubled about customization topics, when the majority of topics is about gameplay?
Kinda derailing your own topic by picking a fight with Pops. Let him complain about the lack of character mechanics customization in threads that are about that, and we’ll focus on cosmetic customizations in here
I was hoping to see antlers for the Night elves…
Yeah, that too. Lore-wise there are Night Elves born with antlers. I don’t understand why Blizzard leaves out such features. I’m sure it’s not that difficult to add them to the player character.
I’m sure they’re working on it. Just takes time. I mean it’s only just recently that not all males have golden eyes or females can have them at all. Give it another decade.
They are not born with them, but druids can grow antlers if their connection with nature is strong enough. What I really want is horns for warlocks. Possibly smaller than what DHs have, to differentiate them, but also as a signal their corruption is of a different nature.
