If the PUG has good leaders and enough people who are geared/skilled enough then yeah I think a lot of content will be able to be cleared with PUGs.
If it’s a bunch of 40 totally random people in greens/blues who’ve never been there and don’t know the tactics or how to play their class beyond mashing random buttons then they’re not going to go far.
I remember the absolute nightmare that was MC for the 10 year anniversary with people who had no idea what they were doing or just afked through it.
Well its just because a pug is literally just a pug, you could by chance only end up with experienced raiders. Never been my experience but it’s possible by nature of it being something you’re asking anyone to join
Depends on the type of players. If they are old school players, then yes. If they are BfA kids who don’t read tactics, don’t listen to tactics, don’t follow tactics, and leave after first wipe, then no.
Yes, the average skill of gamers have gone up so much the last 15 years that MC will feel like a low challenge to anyone. Let alone ppl that already have a long time experience playing wow in retail.
