Does not everyone have a separate chat tab for whispers...?

There was one guy that was so bad at replying to whispers. And one day I just asked if he had a separate whispers tab. And it turns out he does not have a separate chat tab for whispers meanwhile he had LFG chat in main window. Now I wonder how many people do not have a separate whispers tab? That must have broken some potential friendships if people never replies!

I have a separate chat for whisper and a separate one for LFG as well.

Especially TBC was annoying; the LFG was spammed and because people were afraid their messages was not seen, they double-posted every LFM or GDKP run, just making the problem bigger … and as soon they started to tripple-post every line I started to report them :frowning:

I just love Classic. One more problem we don’t have there

It’s an option in the chat configuration or the social interface one. It is a default option since an update in Wod or Legion but older account could be still on the old default, or maybe it’s a conscious change they made at that time.

I personally have both, a channel with everything and it triggers a new tab when i get whisped for having an history of whisps i received and send back.

Interesting. Both seems like a good option

I don’t have a separate tab for whispers, because I’d forget about them lmao.
But I keep world + LFG chat on a different tab.

I don’t ignore whispers though.
Unless I’m offline anyway.

I have all in one tab … but I have left /4
And I answer to whiospers to the best of my ability.

You guys get whispers?

I use WIM to keep my whispers seperate, so if I don’t respond its cause I don’t want to

I have all my channels in one tab so I can see when new messages arrive. The one time I tried to have them in seperate channels I actually missed many and having them beside them whas to exhausting.
