Don’t Turn Alleria Evil

Please Blizzard you have a reputation with turning characters evil, especially The windrunner family have had a horrible curse of death and betrayal.

Majority of the Windrunner family was killed by orcs. The mother was killed by the Amani Trolls. The remaining few was killed by the scourge. A crazy Blood elf cousin was obsessed with power and died. And now the sister is a friend of the jailer. Well… okay.

Alleria saved umbric’s followers from going completely crazy by the Void.

She is the only leader I would proudly follow on my Velf. She handed me the heritage armor herself. Which is such a honor!

Alleria was a great character since Warcraft 2 and today she is still amazing. She has potential to be something great.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m tired of characters randomly going evil with the snap of a finger .

If you are turning someone evil, make it Tyrande she lived for 10,000+ years. Or even Genn.

But not Alleria that will be predictable due to your windrunner history.

Her statue stands outside of Stormwind for a Reason. Because she is Muh Kweeen :crown:

What do you mean turn her evil. Didn’t you read Shadows Rising where she tortured civilians?

That was a evil act, but she’s not necessary or officially evil now.

Many wow characters tortured people, and Tyrande herself have done some questionable things in that book.

All I’m saying is, I hope they don’t turn her evil and ends up being a boss all of a sudden. We know wow’s history with such things

Novels are not lore /nod

I like where they are taking Alleria, considering she is student of Void, it understandable for her to do unorthodox ways to achieve her goals. Also it would be a fresh air to have morally ambiguous character in ever-so-united Alliance. For character’s like Jaina to have something extra to deal with.

I think Alleria - Turalyon Duo can be interesting figures in future lore to tell.

I agree. Void elves are edgy and can do nasty things sometimes.

I mean Alleria is the one who saved Umbric and his followers from falling into complete madness. If they want to turn a Void elf evil, then do it to anyone else.

I dont think doing something unorthodox generally means evil. With the trend of how that usually turns up character on pike’s I understand the doomsayer panic. But, with the new Duo I think it was a conscious decision to stir some diversity in Alliance. Ultimately both of them do things for the cause of the High King and betterment of Alliance. Methods are odd indeed though.

So was Garrosh indeed, but his downfall came abruptly, so far there are no signs for them to repeat the same thing with Alleria and Turalyon. But there will might be things in future that might split Alliance (and playerbase) into two.

She already betrayed her kind being along that hooman. Nothing new here.

While the rest of the Belfs where almost wiped from your shiny prince arthas.

I would rather join Humans than join Zugzugs.

As someone who owns 11 Blood elves, I still cannot stand Ogrimmar. The city named after the person who INVADED Quel’thelas and burned villages.

The same Arthas who Murdered everyone on the Alliance side including his father, and became a Villain. Yes agreed

Yep thats your problem, still cant understand not everybody is like you.

I cant stand stormwind.

Worst crimes there happened from your hooman prince, i know its literally impossible for you to accept it but that doesnt mean it did not happen.

Yes, the arthas your alliance armies helped to become the monster he became and then you run to horde for help.

Oh and attacked the horde inside ICC while they where clearing up your mess.

Also in a dialogue nathanos mentions that while he was fighting for your side back then, instead of you hunting your shiny prince you started killing belfs.

Its on the stay awhile and listen parts, you can find it yourself.

Thank goodness poor little Lirath died before he could see the monstrosities and war criminals his sisters would become.

Alleria is already evil…

Oh, and the Novels are Canon, according to Blizz. Unless an Author specifically goes “I made a mistake!” they all are official canon.

In that case I don’t consider her to be evil, I just consider that specific act to be unorthodox.

MANY many characters have tortured people to get information. It happens in our real world too. Is it good? No. But Void elves are supposed to be Edgy.

I just don’t want her to turn into a crazy lunatic boss who can’t control her Void. That’s obviously not Alleria.

You cant hate on this

As long as its alliance character no evil deed ever makes them evil its just lapse of judgement. but when its horde side they are always evil right  Alleria and Jaina arent pure and kindhearted little girls your hero is actually evil

OR

You just hate the two because they are the only ones who knew how to handle the Blood elves correctly :nail_care:

Careful now your alliance colors are showing, and this isnt a compliment.

I am someone who tries to mediate between the two faction. You can think of me as a Kirin Tor in a way.

But when I post on my Alliance toon, sometimes my inner Roleplay comes out

Predicting that actually it’s a Light vs Void war next expansion and Tiralyon vs Alleria essentially as Tiralyon goes on a holy crusade thinking he is right and Alleria heads the resistance and tries to also save him.

There are no good factions in this game Both sides have their hands red with blood. There are no heros in this game.
