If a Horde leader like Lor’themar decided to torture Alliance refugees or have the Sunreavers kill high elf civilians in Dalaran, he’d probably already be dead. Something I’ve noticed in the story writing lately is that Alliance characters are held to a different standard and don’t reap the consequences for their actions like Horde ones do.
Alleria is most likely safe and due to play a large role in upcoming shenanigans, given the influence of Light and Void in the Shadowlands. I hope they at least give her a nuanced story surrounding the Void and morality instead of having her be the good guy just because she’s on the blue team.
If you mean turn her into a boss, that would go against her character. Since she is the one that saved Umbric’s followers from going insane.
As I’ve said, I don’t mind Turning Yrel, Tyrande, or Turalyon evil. Just not Alleria. If she’s gone I refuse to follow Umbric. I will just join the Silver covenant and pretend to be a High elf like i usually do.
No I’m not. But it’s clear these characters are loved by many, and hated by the Horde. Go to Reddit, Twitter, or even YouTube .
And I’m just suspicious that a Alliance player who doesn’t play Horde at all would suggest killing famous Alliance characters, and 2 Horde characters that are (peaceful). It’s something that Horde players tend to do.

Well, I actually just went to alliance instead of Horde, and I decided to do remove my old toons, and start anew instead. I’ve used the name Jessicka before (As a gnome mage, or as a Goblin warlock). So it’s more that I dont have a main poster yet.
Well, I dont play Horde anymore.
If I was against ‘‘peacefullness’’, I would’ve thrown in Lor’themar, Thalyssra, Gelbin as well. Basically all racial leaders. I’ve hated Turalyon since he became the Lights ‘‘Doormat’’, I quite liked him the books. And Tyrande I’ve just generally always hated.
What I am basically saying, is that the High Elf fantasy have been available to the playerbase since The Burning Crusade in the form of the Blood Elves.
Blood Elves are basically High Elves, so there would be no need to introduce a third elven race called ‘High Elves’ as it would just be a 100% copy of the Blood Elves, in terms of lore, relation to the Sunwell, and future possibilities. The Void Elves offered something new, although I am not the biggest fan of their introduction; but there is great potential and seeing blizzard squander and destroy that saddens me, especially as someone who do play both factions.
Both factions are open to anyone, the High Elf fantasy is open to anyone, the only thing limiting oneself is absolute stupidity, sorry to say.
And a lack of knowledge of the overall lore it would seem.
I have accepted the fact that I can play or Roleplay a High elf using the Void elves. I Never said I wanted a third faction called “High elves” since that is already available with Void elves new customization.
All I want now to complete the look is one natural hair color.
