I’m running a dungeon for 10 days for a wand to replace my 318 one and a shaman needs and wins it then. It is so extremely furiating I don’t even have words for that. Obviously he doesn’t give it away (only wand user in the group). Why in the first place can a shaman need for a wand? This should be fixed.
He probably mistook it for a tiny totem.

Are you talking Cataclysm? In that case you should probably move your post to the Cata forums.
I won’t say the problem doesn’t exist in Era but my experience is that ninja looting is pretty uncommon here.
