when all your human characters are white folks with medieval europe culture that that criticism is valid. Blizzard took away all negative traits from real life humans and gave them to monster people. That is infact racism.
What do you mean with: Don’t make Amani the bad buys again? Again imply that Amani were and or are the bad guys.
No it’s not, it is up to the creator do decide what their characters look like and if you have an issue with that you should serious find better stuff to do.
They were villains since TBC and that was bad. They deserve better then being random quest mobs.
as a human fan you won’t complain since you benefit from that depiction. Call it story priviliges same thing.
Literally 2 out of ~60 of my characters are humans, I have more orcs and trolls than humans.

They were never the bad guys. All they ever wanted is to reclaim THEIR land the humans and elves took from them. That isnot evil.
Humans are not a fantasy race and should not dominate stories that aren’t about real life.

Warhammer’s most diverse lore, model selection etc is Space Marines who are Human
The Marvel stories are about how humans handle the existence of the mutants, who started as humans
Humanity is writing the stories, so they will always be from humanity’s point of view.
It is a fantasy world. Humans shouldn’t even exist. And as long as they are the main race of the alliance the Horde will always get the short end of the stick.
Most people find stories better if they have a way to empathise and resonate with the characters, this means not only should they portray human like characteristics, but the situations they are in should have something in them that audiences can resonate with, that’s good story telling.
This means inevitably, humans play a part in fantasy settings.
The human fan feels offended. Goal accomplished. Your race is pathetic and without Blizzard’s bias you would have been over since Warcraft 3.
Humans shouldn’t exist- Real fantasy races like Orcs and elves should get their screentime instead.
