Hi, on November 24th, my account was blocked for using cheats and hacks.
I didn’t use any prohibited software and thought it was a false alarm. On the forum, I found the topic of a player who was banned a few days ago for the same reason

I filed my first appeal, and exactly 24 hours later, the AI responded with a template and closed it. My second appeal went unanswered for 4 days, but today I received a message that my account was finally closed because it was hacked. No one hacked my account and I can provide proof that this account belongs to me, please help me restore my account, I hope for you Blizzard, the support service through the official form did not help me and blocked my account.
