I saw one of these in Stormwind.
Would honestly just pick velf myself.

Can’t really blame people for this. It offers the elven model, but with human-like eyes, shorter yet still pointy ears and superior customization. You can also remove almost all draconic features, leaving just a few scales on the scalp that can be hidden under hair or hats.
Of course people are going to use them to make half-elves, people were already roleplaying those before, but now they have a tool to look the part.
Well it’s their RP and they can do it. Doesn’t bother me in the slightest and if the visuals help them portray something, more power to em.
Absolutely, and that’s not something that I’d ever take away from them. It’s not something that keeps me from roleplaying with them either, I’m just personally not a fan of it and it’s not something that I’d do myself.
I might express distaste, but I try to avoid controlling how other people play.
I respect that.
Though I wish I could give my visage some skin descaler.
tbf the Void elf customization is abysmal, so it’s not a surprise people are using Dracthyr visages.
Yeah, it does kinda suck. Especially if you want a darker skinned character.
With the limited tools we’re given by Blizzard for customisation, it’s really no surprise that people do the best with what they’re given.
