Don’t get me wrong. The starting zone is beautiful and feels like wow, but let’s talk about the race Dracthyr.
Why are they so ugly? Could they be more cool, beefy and intimidating? And also they looks more like lizards then dragons!
Furthermore, when I change into dragon form does my visage mogs (belt, shoulders) show and ruin the dragon’s appearance!
Note: when the dragon aspects talk doesn’t their mouths move. Why? It looks stupid!
It doesn’t suit me much either, however, I think it’s impressive the amount of customization they added to it for it’s first time out.
With that being said, stuck in the dragon form for me is a little awkward. I’m watching people sit on top of dragons when they’re dragons themselves but they’re baby dragons that can’t fly. I think it would be better if they let them play in the human form or whatever fancy name they gave it that I don’t care to remember.
I did enjoy leveling mine, I REALLY enjoy soar, what a great ability. But I don’t feel very much like a dragon with the spells. I think it’s ok, i like the maneuverability of the class and I still want to try it out as a healer.
Not really into casters as much as melee classes and the armor/clothing for it doesn’t seem like it’s going to look very impressive, so likely for me it’s not a realistic option to play wow seriously.
In my head cannon the Aspects talk to you telepathically when in dragon form…thats my story and Im sticking to it!
Also I enjoy the transmog challenge. Not only do you have to mog mail but it has to suit 2 different forms…thats next level mogging right there!
Drakthyr are super fun for me. The spells and abilities are cool, I love the backstory and as somebody who loves the noodle dragons I also prefer my Drakthyr to be more slinky and lizardy.
Maybe you aren’t my generation. But try to understand that we talk thru memes, it think most people have has seen the meme where a guy say: change my mind!
And since I can’t post pictures do I need to write stuff instead!
Well if you enjoy it, continue to play it of course! I don’t mind orcs, but they’re to me just green humans. It’s no ones job to convince you that your opinion isn’t the right one.
We all enjoy different things. I’m glad that there’s people out there that don’t enjoy/like Dracthyr. It would be kinda problematic if everyone just decided to play the new class/race. It would also give Blizzard concern.
I agree! They should absolutely go with your idea.
We had the same problems with nightborne when they became playable. Suramar was absolutely stunning and the race was cool as few, but the race that we did get was a hot mess that wasn’t even close the to NPC!
It was ironically! Are you the forum police? Please take your morning coffee!
If you look under the first line does you find the discussion!
Also found that weird, especially considering they’re supposed to have new models so they could’ve rigged them (or whatever its called) to make them speak decently.
But if this is to prevent more of those awkward BFA-type ingame cinematics them I’m all for it.
You are the one who feels the need to keep replying to me, trying to imply I don’t know the basics of the internet. When all I did was express my dislike of this format.
I’m not going to change your mind. The onus will never be on me to change YOUR mind. Maybe you can find a nice streamer to watch to tell you what your opinion should be
