You’ll have a better chance of getting anywhere if you try stirring this up on social media. I doubt ranting about this on Blizzard’s forums will compel them to listen.
If you genuinely have trouble paying bills then don’t play wow, there are way cheaper hobbies out there.

Yeah, they increased the price way higher than the inflation rate is currently (in my country at least).
At the same time, shadowlands has sadly been a failure overall, and only got fixed in 9.2. There were also less raid tiers, but we paid the full price + sub, and many even had to buy wow tokens to afford legendaries. Remember how bad 9.1 was for example? Now the base-game is 25% more expensive, and I kinda just don’t see the reasoning for it, unless Dragonflight is gonna last extremely long (25% longer than bfa for example). It’s not like 10 bucks are gonna be the end of the world, but still… out of principle, I don’t see how the product is 25% better atm, unless it’s been proven, and not just promised.
(Shadowlands had also huge promises, that didn’t mean anything in the end, only bla bla we listen to the players bla bla)
Im fine with bills but i mean millions of others in the UK arent atm and i can only guess that other countries arent far behind as well…

I won’t be able to afford that.
But I usually buy the standard versions anyway.
If its too expensive don’t buy it. It’s the posh version of an item that isn’t “necessary” anyway.

I can say directly that it does not end there. I did a post here a few days ago talking about how much gaming companies are taking advantage of a player’s position. Players pay the price for the products but when the price of the product or service goes up you don’t even notice how deep in the chain you end up. Each player has some kind of addiction or relationship to the game, which makes the player spend even more money. The right price for the game may not be right, as everything you get in the package should also have value in the end in terms of the content of the game. Compared to the previous expansion, the price is a bit higher, this should also include more in-game content. If there is no content then the price of the game is a bit questionable.

In May , they did a survey asking players if they were ready to pay
-
Base Edition – $29.99, $39.99 or $44.99
-
Heroic Edition – $54.99, $59.99, $64.99 or $69.99
-
Epic Edition – $79.99, $84.99 or $89.99
let’s pretend, players voted for a bigger price after last years of failure

is it just me or the bonus things they give you for upgraded editions this time around look… bad?
it’s definitely not worth 130 pounds and by not buying it you’re telling them that
let’s face it, it’s massively overpriced for a digital epic edition for the price they are asking you could get both the ff 7 remake and almost the new god of war both AAA games it’s just stupid

Where do you see collector’s edition? I see only Heroic and Epic.
What is it they say about a fool and it’s money? Yes Blizz is counting on peoples dumbness. All the way to the bank to.

The price is ridiculous but if you poor you should first think how to make money to live a better life instead of spending money on games

I’ve bought a few CEs in the past for the art books, but I’m going to skip this. €130 is too much, especially since the book is the only bonus content I care about.
Strange comparison as you can get the standard version for £40 so only 2/3 of one of your Triple A games. Makes it seem like a bargain to me.
As to the Epic CE at £130 I am definitely thinking this one through long and hard before I decide whether to buy it or not.
Shadowlands collectors Edition was £109.99/€119.99
I couldn’t find a Euro/GBP price for BfA but it was $99.99
The Collectors Editions have always been pricy but they do seem to be increasing at a standard rate of $10/€10 each expansion
That is a lot oz pizzas man. I dont know about this…
