I am confused, in the thread linked below, the OP claims that Blizzard killed m+ in favor of raids

As someone WHO will end this season with 13 chars with KSM its really really sad to see m+ instant Die when DF is released just because ion is obsessed with raiding being only endgame activity . Well Ion you succeded. World content is dead ,m+ will be pointless if you are not top 1 percent. There is really no reason to Play DF.

You claim they killed raiding in favor of m+. How does this work?
