Itâs actually quite easy on my phone:
I click on my profile picture in the top left corner.
I select Drops fro the drop down menu
Then I select All Campaigns
I find World of Warcraft in the list of games and select it
And then I tap on âa participating live channelâ on the middle of the page
I choose 1 of the olive channels that appear
I have to watch for 4 hours - doesnât have to on the same day and the same channel.
How do I get it?
Account is linked. Watched a stream, got the notification on twitch and claimed it. Thatâs several hours ago. No mail, no notification, nothing in the pet journal.
Iâve had several friends contact me saying theirs havenât appeared either. Iâm surprised the rewards are being held back and not instant.
The article from Blizzard says
It can take up to 24 hours to receive your reward(s) in game after claiming.
So I guess weâll all have to be patient 
One thing is for sure, the ticket system canât cope with a deluge of âI didnât get my twitch dropâ.

Update: When I logged on this afternoon, the âcollectionsâ icon was blinking and I received the pet. Seems like thereâs just a delay like Puny said.

In my case it was few minutes of delay after receiving Twitch drop to actual item in the game. And I got my stuff at more or less 7pm CET. So I guess it must have been after majority of the players got their pets and the queue wasnât overloaded by then.
I got mine after a long delay at the same time. Iâm more inclined to think something was activated to make them all appear

I relinked it and just got email that itâs linked. Why wasnt it linked before if TW says it was. Im confused.

Thatâs great. Iâve earned the drop on twitch, and I have my account linked, but I havenât received my drop yet. Itâs been more than 48 hours at this point. Iâm going to be very sad if I miss out on it.

I also watched the full 4 hours and claimed the pet on twitch a full 48+hours ive waited. It still has yet to arrive in-game with neither Twitch or Blizzard willing to help.
I am so excited for the Feldrake mount.
Fingers crossed Blizzard gives away more TCG items for not only expansion launches, but also for major content patch launches

Some Overwatch players had the exact same issue with Twitch drops. They claimed a drop for a Overwatch cosmetic but the cosmetic didnât appear in-game. 2 weeks later Blizzard fixed it for them.
Hopefully they will fix the WoW pet drop for you guys as well I guess. I got my kite a little under 24 hours after claiming it.
Mine appeared in game instantly. I completed it, claimed and it was there within a second or two.
Yeah exactly people got it after +/- 24h and for me itâs ~3days and counting xd
If you say they might fix it then yeah it would be nice, I donât mind receiving it at a later date, but Iâd rather receive it than not.
