How do you see it bigger?Look at the map…
Maybe I need glasses but DI is almost the same size as Broken Isles.Ok a bit bigger.
It mostly comes down to scale. I may feel not as big, but that’s because we’ve all been riding around on our dragonriding mounts.
Why are you even arguing? If it’s a soulless piece of crap zone, it doesn’t matter how much space you put inbetween quest hubs, it still would be crap zone.
Solo shuffle is just arena…so I wouldn’t say it that amazing.
Bg Blizz will be cool once rated though(I hope).
So transmog it is.
I still think it’s dragonriding, it just takes more effort to develop such thing for the game.
It’s going to be a good way for pvers and casual pvpers to get into the rated scene without much stress.
What kind of scale?Cause visually its not that big.I don’t care if you give me 100g and tell me, my math is this is 1000.I still see it as 100.
Well it might be for you.I am not arguing taste.
Its not for me though(I don’t hate it,but I really didn’t need it).
Thats is very true indeed.
It compares the scale of the maps. I can’t post the image, but I’m sure someone can.
It was a rhetorical question🙂
There is no scale I could accept other than my own eyes.
And they are not seeing a bigger than khalimdor or EK,lol, zone.
Ok, well if you want to ignore the math, I’ll just allow you to continue in your ignorance
That might be your oppinion, but that doesn’t mean its any more true than the oppinion of those who disagree. I think the DF zones look just as good as the zones from BFA/SL, they are just less crowded. The worst thing about highly detailed zones to me is that you cant go anywhere without pulling 20 mobs. Personally i enjoy a bigger more scattered zone over a densely packed zone.
This issue seems to come up every time flying is discussed. A easy solution would be to deactivate flying when world pvp is enabled. Im sure there are people who have a problem with that aswell, but you cant have it both ways, either you fly or you pvp. World pvp is no reason for removing flying for everyone, not everyone does world pvp.
Yes how I loved revendreth without flying … Not
Don’t insult me,you are not allowed.
I understand math, but when you literally look at the zone on the map is not big and you know it.
Dragon riding does not help making it big either while you are in it.
Also it s pretty barebones in terms of Wq too so how am I to agree that its big when it feels so small…
Blizzard doesn’t think it’s a success… The community does, a community which, in its majority, behave like hamsters on a wheel. They are more concerned about their endless vertical progression than connecting with a zone, role playing or class identity/expression.
You won’t find any allies in your campaign, sadly. One more reminder that the community ruined aspects of this game and not Blizz. Funny thing is that if we allow their hamster minds to take over WoW’s content, the result is Shadowlands with its endless, grinding, mandatory, and almost souless activities.
I personally like Dynamic Flying and its racing mini-game in the form of world-quests. But maybe there could be more reasons to get off your mount and engage with more areas on the zone. But then players might hate it again because a good amount of players doesn’t give a flying F about the zones, and they just care about where the Raid/Dungeon entrance is.
Remove dragonriding from your bars, replace it with a ground mount and you’ll have your own personal experience that you want.
Sorry to jump in here, but if i printed out a map of germany and a map of australia on two pieces of A4 paper and put them next to eachother, they would look the same size, that doesn’t mean they are the same size in real life. Same logic can be applied here, the ingame map will always have the same size, no matter how big the zone it depicts is.
You wont becouse game is designed around dragonflying.
Thats entire problem of modern WoW. They have changed game so much that only audience what actualy likes to play wow are all those dungeon and raid spammers. True mmorpg audience is long gone and only feedback Blizzard is getting is from those people. So basicaly its not possible to make any changes to the game to be better mmorpg as most players just want to zoom trough content as fast as posible so they can sit in main city and spam m+.
I have leved trough zones and when i finished 3 out of 4 i didnt even know names of those zones. I coudnt remeber single land mark or terain layout. Its all blured and i just cant get into it. Even Shadowlands zones were actualy memorable and more interesting then DF zones.
I mean have your covinience flying nonsense but dont put on picachu face when WoW is gonna keep lossing players and game end up having small playerbase while classic is leading in popularity in and outside of game.
DF curently cutters to very niche audience what wont carry this game foward.
i think the dismount toy netomatic should be 0.2 sec cast, usable while moving, and 1000 yard range
oh and every 1 hr warmode on turns on regardless of your zone for 5 mins, this will allow to kill all bots
Really? This debate again? We had it already at the start of Dragonflight. And the result was clear as day. People LOVE being able to fly right from the start. If you want to engage on the ground, you can do that. Optionally.
