I am interesting in leveling a druid but I am unsure how to proceed in talents. Keep in mind I play on pve server so there will be no pvp fights while leveling.

I would go for 1).
Cat speed is nice but i would just try to avoid walking long distances until lvl30 or do it with autowalk while i do something else (watch tv or preparing food) in parallel.

In TL;DR, anything improving run speed is BY FAR the best talent you can get while levelling. Other than that put everything in talents that improve cat dps, as that is what you will kill enemies as.
I went for 30% mov speed then furor then leader of the pack and last omen
You run all the time, so feline swiftness is gold.
The wowhead guide with talent pick order doesn’t look too bad. You don’t powershift ,much while leveling, so furor doesn’t really give a lot of value. Mana is needed to heal up and go back to cat form. Make a macro to cancelform and heal, and grind on.
Once level 40+ you’ll know what slows you down. So then you choose between going furor or for ooc.
That’s the most popular and the most efficient option.
I’d go for HotW but no LotP and then Omen. Furor isn’t that good for solo, rather save mana for a selfheal and have no downtime. Although it’s nice for dungeon tanking. And if you want to sometimes heal dungeons, could consider going in the direction of NS, skipping balance completely. But that’s all minor, a matter of preference.
Tru, furor is mostly for if you tank dungeons so you can hot yourself and then charge.
But for myself I did find it quite useful if I pulled to much and needed to heal midfight. But it was just a QoL feeling.
I must say druid was the most relaxing and fun class to level, you change the way you play depending on Wich new rank of spells you get (if you want to)
I did the feral until leader of the pack into furor and then omen on the first druid.
On the second one i leveled up too 32 in the feral tree. Then respecced omen of clarity and feline swiftness. I 100% recommend this approach. Speed is awesome, and when you get too 32 you get enough points to keep it while still getting omen. Omen of clarity is soo sooo nice. And the extra 10%dmg on physical is also nice. And by the time you are lvl 40 you will be able to use wolfshead helm. So i will wait with furor until leader of the pack.
yeap I didnt mean to get furor for extra damage on powershift but for the times I need to pop out of form to heal and then go cat again to have energy to deal damage instead of auto-attack for the next ~3 sec. And if I remember well I often had to heal mid-fight especially when I was on 2 mobs (which most of the times is un-avoidable)
