For a noob who wants to just wants it easy in raids and PvP.
Priest.
It is noob-proof and always wins.
hunter.asdadsa
Ench/ele shaman with WoE (tanking) rune. Just turn your brain off, press W and win.
Just will have to sit a bg q for 20 mins for some reason…
I made a hunter phase 1 and i recently dinged to lvl 15 its tons of fun and runes are at his best with this class highly recommend hunter
Druid is more useful but hunter is noob friendly.
Hunter is basically the tutorial class. If you’ve never played WoW before, it’s your safest bet.

Always the same clichés coming from the crybabies on the forum. A druid, warrior, rogue, paladin, shaman, warlock are all as easy to access as a hunter for a noob. The hunter will just have less difficulty xp due to the way ranged attacks and pets work. But in terms of gameplay complexity, it is no simpler than almost all classes in wow classic/sod.
The only advice is to test and play what you like. Don’t listen to the rest, it’s bullsh**.
ps: I won’t bother answering you Miylee, your bad faith is legendary and you hate the hunter. So speak in the wind if you want, I don’t care
Druid for resto healer or Cat/Bear with wild strikes.
Hunter was always deemed as the class with highest skill ceiling in vanilla, since you have deadzone - macro management - start stop play etc.
BM hunter is how ever quite easy to play at a mediocer level.
Paladin is the class that was designed for children. I know many past druid mains that dont play druid in SOD because they think its been dumbed down for fotm rerollers to enjoy.
That’s cute.
No, it wasn’t. Not even by hunters; at the maximum skill level both mages and druids were more difficult in terms of gameplay.
Hunter has the lowest skill floor. The gap between a good hunter and a bad hunter is way bigger than with most other classes, but the difficulty-of-play is much lower.
The ability to play solo also makes hunter by far one of the easiest classes to learn the game on. Some of the other classes that Sajuuk mentioned would give a new player a rough time levelling on, even with runes.
I would recommend druid, much easier to find group for everything.
I would go Druid, Hunters are everywhere
Yep, Druid is easy to get into a group. Can heal, can Feral with windfury, can moonkin.
Hunters is pure DPS. When they are good, it’s usually okai to find a group. When they are bad, gl hf. Also they bring almost nothing outside of +10% stats that doesn’t stack with BoK and this is really valuable for melee class (casters don’t really care about that).
Both exist in raids and both are mandatory in optimized raids. So pick your poison ^^.
How exactly mage are more difficult in terms of gameplay? Played hunter a lot, played mage a lot, found mage much more simple for me. I sense like you never played hunter or something like that and judging it my phase1 SoD because you wasn’t able to find ability to control a pet on a panel.
same, i also had less macros for mage, and mage have more escape options, alone the blink root´s + iceblock
Hunter is way more punishable, if u have bad positioning
also good hunter´s do aspect (dance) and dont sit 10 years in aspect of the cheetah
i mean bm is most likely go afk and take some food while the pet plays for you, but at the end mm hunt will be anyway the pvp spec to go.
Because people doesn’t master the class. Makes sense that a lot of noobs inflates the numbers though
I bet they ditched serpent because micromanaging pet too hard and now copes hard on the forums
People always say hunter is tutorial class.
Sorry but I see my screen with all my action bars full of different buttons you can press then I will watch a guildy stream his screen playing like ret pally and half of his main action bar is empty…
I know which one looks more advanced to me lol
Hunter just has a lot of hate cuz people die to them I guess.
It’s strange that no one considers druids as tanks. Today this is one of the most durable tanks. He has the same amount of armor as a lock + a lot of HP + 20% additional damage reduction and immunity to crits. It perfectly holds both one target and packs with the latest buff from blizz. If only the WS and SotF runes were divided, and there would be complete happiness.
