Welcome, traveller…
If you’ve ever wished for a quiet grove far from the clamor of war, a place of soft winds, old trees, and even older druids, then perhaps the Weald of Seradane is calling you home.
High in the Hinterlands, where moss overtakes stone and the trees hum with memory, lies Seradane: an ancient weald now reawakened. Once forgotten, it now serves as a Cenarion hermitage for druids and others who seek peace, healing, and purpose. You will not find banners or battle cries here. Only birdsong, tea by the fire, and the chance to grow, slowly, gently, and with others beside you.
About the Weald
The Weald of Seradane is a neutral, druid-focused (though not exclusive) roleplay guild rooted in themes of growth, community, and reflection. It serves both as an in-character location, a small Cenarion outpost, and as a guild and RP hub for those seeking slower-paced, immersive, character-driven storytelling.
Whether you are an ancient druid returning from long slumber, a young warden in training, or a weary traveller in need of rest, there is a place for you here.
What We Offer (IC)
A Hermitage – A sacred place for druids to rest, reflect, and learn
A Mission – A Cenarion outpost with work to do: healing the land and restoring balance
A Refuge – A welcome to any who seek peace: druids, priestesses, sentinels, and civilians alike
A Community – A home shaped by kindness, ceremony, and shared meals
Who We Are (OOC)
Casual & Conflict-Free – Events are gentle, story-rich, and character-focused. We value roleplay that is meaningful, not stressful.
Neutral & Inclusive – Cenarion ground is open to all. We welcome players from both factions, all races, and all RP backgrounds.
Supportive & Slow-Paced – Real life comes first. There is no activity requirement, only a shared vision and mutual respect.
Guild Structure
We follow a branching path system, and you are welcome to join whichever calls to you most:
The Weald Wardens – Guardians of Seradane and the wilds beyond
(Ranks: Sapling → Watcher → Warden → Keeper of the Wild)
The Stone Circle – Lorekeepers, healers, and teachers
(Ranks: Sapling → Instructor → Lorekeeper → Keeper of Stones)
The Hearthbound – Keepers of daily life and friends of the grove
(Ranks: Sapling → Resident → Weadling → Keeper of the Hearth)
All new members begin as Saplings and grow at their own pace. Advancement is narrative, not mechanical.
Our Activities
We host 3–4 events per month, open to both guild members and friends of the Weald. Every Sunday is Seradane Sunday, a regular, casual social for guildmates, community members, and friends.
You can expect:
Ceremonies – Seasonal rites, initiations, making shrines
Lessons – Druidic teachings, shapeshifting practice, lore walks, and poetry gatherings
Restoration – Patrols and expeditions to the regions around us
Community – Shared meals, story circles, and nettle tea around the fire
We aim to provide walk-up and casual, quiet, slice-of-life RP around the Weald, alongside hosting larger events. If you would like to host an event as part of our community, please get in touch.
Where We RP
The Weald is based in Seradane, in the Hinterlands. From there, we branch out to the Wetlands, Arathi Highlands, the Plaguelands, and beyond. Our focused is mostly on the Northern Eastern Kingdoms.
We are always happy to collaborate with nearby guilds and characters in-character, and to offer a home base for those who wish for a place to return to between adventures.
How to Join
We welcome:
Druids of all races
Non-druids with a role to play in Seradane: Sentinels, priestesses, herbalists, artists, craftsfolk, and civilians regardless of race.
Travellers and wanderers seeking a quiet RP space or a new narrative anchor
To join, simply come to Seradane and spend time among us. Speak with The First Keeper and take the Oath of the Weald:
May I be a hearth in Spring,
Offering warmth to the newly arrived.May I be a stone in Summer,
A shrine from which others learn.May I be a warden in Autumn,
Guiding others through the fading light.May I be all three in Winter,
That others may find safety, wisdom, and their way. This is my vow, as one who walks the Weald:
To serve where I am needed. One Weald, Many Trees.
