Dual boxing and using blizzard as a mage(s)

Hi all
I have been looking at dual boxing 2 mages, but as i can see the replication of buttons from the keyboard is easy enough, and does not cause issues when it comes the Blizzards T&C. However when it comes to details on having two, or more mages using blizzard the details are sketchy. The blizzard spell needs to use the mouse to set the position, and then a key press.
Can anyone shed some light on this, and explain if this is ok and within T&C? also, which programs can you use safely to do this? Keyclone, ISBoxer, Hotkeynet?

Only way to dualbox aoe’s effectively is cast them @player which means they cast them at your feet. Mouse repeater regions are safe under blizzard rules, however they are absolutely horrific to use. Camera angles, and sync means your never facing the same way. It’s much easier to click once blizzard, jump screens and click another and rotate like that
