You go on my log page, and click every single log to find one run, where I just started playing, and did badly. It’s really cringe/pathetic. If you think getting 267 ilvl is hard/takes long, it also shows, that you don’t even understand gearing, and how easy it is
I just started playing my mage. I’m doing more dps at 250 than you did at 267.
Do you understand that these guys probably set up pulls in a different way so the trash is not running out of the frost orb?
But yeah. This is what i mean; you are a pro-player. So it must be difficult to understand how the pleps are playing this game and what struggles they have.
Nah, this dude has no idea, what he’s talking about. I had keys, where I do 15k dps overall, and keys with 8k. It depends on alot of factors

When your dps depend on how the tank pulls and how much you can do with your frozen orb and blizzard, it is quite a respectfull number.

The only thing that can accomplish this is Solo play being viable moving forward.
As long as your character’s progression is dependent on the whims of others, the experience will largely be bad.
He’s doing 8-15k dps overall, his own words. 8k is below tanks in damage. How do you end up below tanks in damage with that kind of gear? It’s not like he can be severely outgeared at that ilvl.

Even with a tank that was constantly dragging mobs around I was still doing 14k dps.

8k was quite a while ago though, but I don’t get, why you are so weird about it. Seems like you are just a creepy stalker, who clicked every single log I had to find the worst one. I just know I do relatively fine, and I’m pretty much always doing as much dps or more as the others in my group

Nothing good ever comes of this nitpicking and log shaming. For example:-
If I look and find Elahri’s mage the only record for plaguefall is a grey 12 parse. No actual log, just based on the leaderboard. Not many bother to log m plus runs which isn’t surprising. Would I judge Elahri’s ability to play based on that, no ofc not.
If someone is claiming to be a god at their class yes I can see the need to have something to back it up but this is just petty. For example if your only experience of raiding is LFR then it’s harder to imagine they’d have any meaningful input about CE.
If you are wanting to push keys and play at a high level it’s fine to expect a better standard of play. It’s not fine to expect to add lot sof other hoops for everyone.
I’m an average player who just does weeklies, yes someone could be incredibly mean about my logs if they so wanted to. On the other hand I’m not interested in that type of game play. I can time a +15 and that’s all I care about, getting some options for a vault.

Maybe blizzard should just reimplement the proving grounds to do anything harder than normal dungeons and just HARDGATE EVERYONE BEHIND IT AND NOT CARE ABOUT THE CRYING. It’s becoming a joke with the amount of people playing dps that are doing tank levels of dps, or even healer levels of dps.
