Today in SM a high level mage was exploiting the dungeon limit to hide from us and grief horde. The way it works is that if you reset a dungeon five times in one hour you’re locked out, which means you can just enter the portal but not actually enter the instance, and then hide behind the corner where no one can get you. I reported this person of course but I doubt anything will happen. I really hope Blizzard is looking into this.
working as intended. #nochanges
I’m pretty sure exploiting features and bugs to grief other players is against the TOS. You really think Blizzard intended the reset limit to be used as an inaccessible hiding spot for gankers?
Do the same and kill him.
lol cry me a river
Seriously though, working as intended-- Welcome to vanilla, its not fair-- and that is fair, knowledge is king.
This is the wild, wild west, cowboy.
So are they pvping you whilst being around the corner or are you trying to pvp them and they’re hiding and being smart? Note that if they can get behind the portal, they could also get into the portal and you’d still not be able to get them. They could heal up and jump back out to kill you regardless.
The other thing is that I don’t think that it matters if you have reset the dungeon or not, there’s all sorts of times I can remember playing a mage and just being able to blink behind the portal anyways.
Run 10 yards away then, and they cant do anything. I really dont see the problem.
Can we get a blue response if this is working as intended? Because in-game tickets don’t do anything.
