Why is the EARTHEN race locked behind a 5/5 story chapters requirement( only 2/5 are now available for completion ) when the rest of the requirements can be completed. This is soo bad =/ .
Why have a new allied race just to be able to play it only from next expansion from the beginning. Soo disappointed on the decision… clearly wasn’t made by de game designers…

They can be unlocked next week. (Sept 3-4)…why? Well your guess is as good as mine.
I’m fine with them being unavailable in the early access, but why not let players grind it out on full release? Makes no sense, they were one of the selling points of the expansion, let players have it.
I just can’t say how disappointed I am.
They should’ve communicated this and inform the community, not used it as a marketing trick to sell their product/game.
I have bought the early access just so I can play them…well didn’t happened. I have stayed late this night so I can unlock them when full realise comes…big disappointment AGAIN.

I wouldn’t have minded if this happened in other mmos, but wow os NOTORIOUSLY race like in it’s end game…So having my new main be made a week prior to SEASON RELEASE is crazy…I hate rushing stuff, but now due to this I will HAVE TO RUSH IT regardless if I want to be taken to content. -_-
I do believe we should ask for a refund as they haven’t delivered what was announced from THEM - Blizzard…and this was earthen available at Launch Day.

I know some voiced cancelling their subs, they should prob ask for a refund too.

Blizzard, You tought you could play smart but obviously people made screens of what was originaly promissed. How the heck do you dare to remove this in silence. This is not delivering the product and this you are scamming us. I would reconsider making things right in no longer then 24 hours or we will be up for refunds by both US and EU law
I did the exact same thing. The Earthen not being available has really left a bad taste in my mouth about this launch.
Despte not delivering on what was advertised, the whole unlocking is so clunky it feels terrible.
It should of just been unlocked on our accounts upon purchase. I don’t think any one would of cared if they would of done all the story/lore about Earthen AS an Earthen…it’s hardly game breaking. You still get to see how your people came to be and learn about them, they could of even just changed a few lines to make it seem like you were telling the story to the newcomers yourself instead of learning about them…rather than this :
-Do all the campaign
-Do these random side quests that you need to go find
-Oh also you need to do the 80 campaign
-Also we aren’t giving you all of that at launch part 4 is on sept 4th
-*Future - Oh ye we said part 4, part 5 is at the start of the season the next week (I am guessing but I wouldn’t put it past them)

Thing is some people assume that blizz did this so people would end up buying race change, due to having put too much effort on a character after 2 weeks and!

As you might not know the character services like transfer or race change are now used as tokens from character selection screen, meaning you can buy a charge and use it in game whenever you want.
This means they want you to FOMO buy discounted race change token before race is even out.
