But we don’t get what we paid for? We paid for Earthen in EA, didn’t get it, we paid for it at release…didn’t get that either.
Some people are specifically waiting to main an Earthen and expecting them to be weeks behind their guilds and friends in gearing when we PAID to have it as noted in multiple places IN EARLY ACCESS…is not us looking for misery, it’s us being lied to and scammed…
what you advertise and sell is important xP, and I wouldn’t have any beef with it should the game be so relient on speed, and rushing things. Salt is where salt is due.
imagine if you paid 50 euroes for a headset and it arrived 2 weeks later then intended date, despite you paying extra, anyone would be salty over that x)
Your argument is literally so dumb, let’s use the same thing with a car.
You buy a car, it comes advertised with wheels as soon as it arrives at your house. It arrives and has no wheels. You can’t get to work, go visit friends/family, go shop for food…but it’s ok, the wheels will come in 2 weeks. Just by then you missed lots of key events, got fired and starved, but it’s fine it was as advertised…eventually.
(Oh and you paid extra to have it arrive 3 days earlier than your neighbour…but it was a waste of money as both of yours won’t get wheels for 2 weeks…)
(Oh and then the car dealer tried to gaslight you by changing the advert to remove all mention of wheels coming on delivery day.)

I really want to wait and see if they fix it in 24 hours, but part of me thinks I should just stick to my guns and quit and go play LOTOR or some other mmo. I am not tied to WoW like some people as I am a solo player, I just don’t think I should give blizzard the benefit of the doubt here and the chance to fix it lol…it’s not like their first time doing this kind of thing.
giving them time till first reset 28 is a sound of mind, but after that, I say if you are fed up, feel free to leave honestly. It’s a game.

Honestly LOTOR has been calling to me for years, it has the slow, exploring, enjoying the world levelling and the passion and love from devs for the story and world, that WoW used to have that made me love it. They just started a fresh classic like server on EU with no lag (lotor was all usa servers before) and it really feels like fate that I can jump into that game as if it was just launching and play expansions over the next 3 years until it catches up to current content lol.
Feels like the only thing keeping me here is the “sunk cost fallacy” of having put 20 years into characters and an account with rare titles, mounts, achievements etc. maybe a fresh start is what I need though tbh.
